Our client, a local Edinburgh developer, was keen to explore the options available to them on a site they had recently purchased. We were commissioned to provide a feasibility for care home provision and the results show that the scheme will successfully provide the care inspectorate’s “golden number” of 60 serviced bedrooms. This is further complimented by all the necessary on site modern facilities that are a prerequisite for a high end care provider whilst taking full cognisance of the new post-covid operational requirements.

As well as being home to its residents, the building is designed to play an important part within the community by way of the inclusion of a commercial/mixed use unit.
