Our client approached us to reconcile the existing basement level of their offices in Edinburgh to provide a more executive look and feel whilst maintaining the invaluable community benefits provided by way of the cafe and shop facilities.

The proposal is a combination of refurbishment and re-ordering of the existing floor space combined with a new extension to the rear. A dedicated front entrance is formed within the existing basement lightwell to provide direct street level accessibility via the platform lift and a new roof covering to offer semi-external breakout space from the café.
