Our client, a market leader in the purpose built student accommodation market, seeks to erect a 112 bed facility in Edinburgh.

Taking inspiration from the immediate palette of materials, we have opted for a two-tone brick façade approach incorporating architectural devices that will offer a classical feel but with a modern vibe.

With accommodation spanning 5 storeys, the studio bedrooms will be fitted with all the luxuries and modern appliances expected and further complimented with high end amenity spaces that will enhance well being and provide a high life quality.

The ground floor is activated by the positioning of social spaces at street level to bring a sense of vibrancy to the completed building.

A community garden will be presented to offer an element of public realm to the wider street’s inhabitants.
