A period Georgian Coach house, this property was split into a number of small unassuming rooms however our client spotted the potential right from the off.

We removed almost every wall in the house to create a stylish open plan arrangement at ground floor benefiting from full height glazed doors to the rear which floods the space with natural light. The staircase was moved entirely to allow the space to flow around it and add a sense of arrival. The alterations were extensive upstairs as well with a complete reordering of the wall positions to create two hugely spacious bedrooms suites and a generous ensuite bathroom facility.

A new porch canopy was a further addition with its styling subtly giving a nod to the property’s original architectural roots.
