With an extremely low height allowance within the existing attic this was the first loft conversion in the street which was explained by the client as due to neighbours struggling to find an architect that would take it on.

With the use of cutting-edge slim profile insulation products and clever lighting proposals we manged to provide a spacious double bedroom with ensuite shower room and walk in dresser and the only sacrifice was a very small study which became the stair access up.

There were further alterations downstairs to provide a open plan lounge kitchen diner.
