Having sat vacant for a number of years the owner of this building, a local businessman, approached us with a vision to transform the period property back to its original use and address the well known gap in the market for affordable rental accommodation.

A tricky project to say the least with the unconventional spaces and numerous angled walls we maximised the layouts to offer a selection of two bedroom apartments with views over the river forth.

Tenants were in place just weeks after completion, so we definitely got it right.
