With a new arrival in their midst these clients were in desperate need of more space from their period loft converted bungalow.

By relocating the bathroom into the existing kitchen space we provided them with a show piece bathroom suite with enough room left over for a galley utility before extending to the rear with this modern format extension.

Extended roof overhangs provide the perfect sheltered access to the garden space and the space itself is bathed in daylight from the large rooflights and wall glazing.

We even managed the request from the client to provide a circular window which acts as a wonderful and quirky focal point for discussion.
