An ‘A’ listed basement flat within Edinburgh’s famed ‘new town’ area. With Both Edinburgh Council and Historic Scotland involved, quality of design was key and we are delighted to report that our proposals were again approved first time.

A more modern vernacular was chosen for the extension to maintain a clear visual between ‘old and new’ with high quality materials proposed to reflect the quality of the original building.

Extensive alterations are proposed internally to bring the property up to modern living standards.
