With a small kitchen and bathroom located on the ground floor the client wanted to extend to offer a new feature kitchen with internal alterations to combine these two smaller rooms into a feature bathroom.

A more contemporary design was explored for the extension to offer two distinct modules comprising the new entrance porch and the main kitchen space.

Utilising both a rendered and board cladding for each element creates a real visual impact upon arrival.
