In a well sought-after district in South Edinburgh this extension nearly doubled the footprint of the existing 4 bedroom home.

Utilising a mix of the brickwork and timber cladding we sought to enhance the existing façade and offer a more contemporary visual.

The extension entirely transformed the functionality of the house which, over and above the extension itself, was achieved by way of extensive alterations to Ground floor providing a more logical flow and delivery of a new snug area and dining space.

With the clients keen eye for design the extension is further complimented with a state of the art kitchen facility.
