We fully recognise that most clients have never commissioned a building project before and this can be an extremely daunting undertaking. We are here to make sure that you, quite rightly, have a chance to enjoy what should be seen as a privileged and exciting journey that too few have the opportunity to embark upon.

We begin every project large and small by offering a no obligation initial visit to chat through your ambitions and establish the goals you are looking to achieve.

Once appointed we can start to channel your ideas into some thoughts on paper by offering a feasibility package of drawing options drawn in our state of the art 2D and 3D CAD software (AutoCAD & Revit).

From design to completion he guided us through the process with a positive manner. His attention to our project and desire to get the best outcome gave us confidence. We are thrilled with the result and many people comment on how great everything looks. We are looking forward to working with Niall again on Phase 2, hopefully very soon!

As soon as the final decisions are made on design, functionality, materials, we can begin to prepare the plans for the necessary Local Authority consent process by way of full technical design drawings which ensure compliance with all Planning policies, Building Regulations and British Standards. Our Project Lead will oversee this entire process from preparation and submission of the application right through to the final consent whilst keeping you updated throughout the process.

Once the Local Authority Consent stages are complete you will be left with a fully compliant package of drawings that will provide your chosen contractor more than enough information to suitably cost and, importantly, build.
